My name is Jonathan Woody and I am the owner of Neat Nest Cleaning Co. After graduating from the University of North Carolina I began my career in investment real estate in Charlotte, NC. My path took me from excelling in sales to being promoted to an asset acquisition role. After two years, the company moved me to Jacksonville, FL where I opened a real estate brokerage and eventually became the General Manager. In early 2023, I embraced a new challenge by launching another brokerage in Fort Lauderdale.
During my time as a real estate agent, I saw a growing need for reliable, consistent cleaning services and a company that simplified the booking process. Drawing from my experience in running a successful brokerage, I founded Neat Nest Cleaning Co.
